Indocement menebar dividen Rp 548,97 miliar atau Rp 160 per saham. Cum dividen jatuh pada 26 Mei 2023 lalu dan ex dividen di 29 Mei. Sedangkan pembayarannya di 8 Juni. Direktur dan Corporate Secretary INTP, Oey Marcos sempat mengatakan, pembagian dividen ditetapkan dalam rapat umum pemegang saham tahunan RUPST Indocement tahun buku 2022 di Jakarta pada 17 Mei 2023. "Total pembagian dividen tunai tersebut tanpa memperhitungkan jumlah saham yang dikuasai perseroan karena pembelian kembali saham oleh perseroan treasury stock," kata Oey Marcos. Sepanjang 2022 perseroan membukukan laba bersih senilai Rp 1,84 triliun atau meningkat 3,03% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya Rp 1,78 triliun. Pemegang saham INTP per 30 April 2023 adalah Birchwood Omnia Ltd 51% dan masyarakat 42,2%. Sementara saham treasuri 6,8%.
